Villa Layout

The main 6-bedroom house (including the Zen Garden Nursery) features a clean, modern, open floor plan perfect for entertaining, with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, a chefs dream kitchen with gas cooktop, 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 refrigerators, complimentary WiFi, multiple high-def, flat-screen televisions equipped with cable television and Apple TV, central A/C, security system with exterior security cameras, and a home-automation system complete with interior/exterior sound system and lighting.

In the main house you’ll find the master bedroom with king bed, balcony with ocean view, flat screen television, large bathroom with soaking tub and a separate, oversized shower. These quarters include a private stairway to the pool and a private sitting area with separate television.The guest master suite is equally impressive with its queen bed, private patio with ocean view, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. This room includes a private mini-nursery for those parents who desire to keep a young one nearby.This unique space can accommodate a crib, roll-away bed or pack-nplay.

Adjacent to the master there is another bedroom with a double bed, ensuite shower and a pool/garden view. Next, a queen bedroom with a private balcony overlooking Bio Bay. This room shares a bathroom with the Zen Garden Nursery, which includes two cribs and a changingstation for the youngest explorers in the group.There are two additional queen bedrooms with shared bathrooms that enjoy views of Bio Bay and the lush surrounding gardens.

The detached carriage house is just steps from the pool deck which leads directly to the soft, sandy beach where lounge chairs, kayaks are paddle boards await.The new carriage house is adjacent to the pool courtyard and enjoys sweeping views of the pool, gardens and Bio Bay. The carriage house has its own private, full kitchen and beautifully appointed modernliving space. The carriage house master includes a queen bed and private ensuite bath. The kids room is equippedwith two sets of bunk beds, which, when combined withthe rest of the carriage house, affords the perfect amount of seclusion from the rest of the crowd.

The beach and calm cove is ideal for a rented Hobie cat as well.An array of Kayaks and paddle boards are available for guest use.

Located in Rum Point on the north side of the island, Wreck Bar is very casual with beachfront picnic tables. Great if you want to take a scenic drive and then relax for a while on the beach and in the calm waters where kids can play. It’s also allergy friendly – they can provide lists of all ingredients and serve nut-free fare.

    Starfish Point Beach is also wonderful for small children. It is very shallow and calm and there are lots of beautiful starfish to be found near the shore, just be sure to keep them in the water!  Starfish Point is located just past the Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill in the Rum Point area.

Located on the Water Cay Road in Cayman Kai, this waterfront bar & grill offers barefoot elegance for lunch or a drink. ‘Upstairs at Kaibo’ is a rare rum bar and fine restaurant open Thursday to Sunday nights and reservations are essential. [Closed month of October]. New espresso bar serves single-source Colombian espresso drinks and homemade pastries daily from 7am to 4pm in the new beachside java shack.

        Rum Point Beach can’t be beat for small children. The water is very shallow and calm (no more than 2 or 3 feet deep for several hundred yards). There is plenty of shade and the Wreck Bar serves up food at beachfront picnic table.  Sundays are packed with local crowds, so we prefer to go on a weekday.
