Sun Salutations

A Private Cayman Islands Luxury Villa Estate Surrounded by Natural Beauty

Luxury Cayman Villas proudly presents “Sun Salutations,” a popular premier villa in Cayman Kai. The villa is directly oceanfront in Cayman Kai (within Rum Point) on the north coast. With stunning views, impressive architecture, and clean, modern decor, Sun Salutations offers a combination of luxury and “livability” that is unique among its neighbors. Oceanfront windows and sliding doors immerse you in the beauty of panoramic ocean views whether you’re inside or out; a private, white sand barefoot beach is just steps from the tiled back deck, oceanfront pool, and outdoor living and dining areas.

Villa Features

The interiors of Sun Salutations have been painstakingly decorated to create a sensation of “livable luxury,” and to highlight the minimal, spacious architecture. 36 feet of over-sized sliding glass doors provide stunning vistas all day long, and allow a cross-breeze in winter to cool the house when the Central A/C is not necessary. Fully modern kitchen with all the expected amenities.

5 Bedrooms

Sun Salutations comfortably accommodates up to 14 people (10 adults max). Excellent large family villa or perfect for four to five couple to kick back and get away from it all for a while. There are 2 oceanfront king master suites and another ocean-view king master suite, so there is no need to argue over who get the “big room.” The last ocean-view king room shares a larger full bathroom with the bunkroom. The bunkroom has two sets of bunks as well as a twin trundle under each bottom bunk (can sleep 6 children or 2 adults). TVs in each Bedroom as well as a larger TV in the media room downstairs.

Exquisite Outdoor Space

The outdoor dining area, underneath the south pavilion, features a propane BBQ center. Across the oceanfront infinity pool, the north pavilion offers sofas and chaises for lounging at cocktail hour, or just curling up with a good novel. The side yard features a zen garden for quiet reflection.

Spectacular Beach

Situated on a spectacular stretch of private, white, sandy beach with calm, shallow waters. Perfect for families with young children and for kayaking, paddle boarding or snorkeling.

    Starfish Point Beach

Starfish Point Beach is also wonderful for small children. It is very shallow and calm and there are lots of beautiful starfish to be found near the shore, just be sure to keep them in the water!  Starfish Point is located just past the Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill in the Rum Point area.

      Rum Point Beach

      Rum Point Beach

Rum Point Beach can’t be beat for small children. The water is very shallow and calm (no more than 2 or 3 feet deep for several hundred yards). There is plenty of shade and the Wreck Bar serves up food at beachfront picnic table.  Sundays are packed with local crowds, so we prefer to go on a weekday.
