Luxury Cayman Villas is seeking a talented, service-oriented Caymanian or RERC holder to join a fast-paced, energetic family deeply dedicated to creating a luxury hospitality experience and growing a new caliber of vacation rental in the Cayman Islands.



As our new Reservations Agent & Concierge, you would be responsible for:

  • responding to guest, travel agent, and wholesaler inquiries via email, phone, and chat;
  • building excitement and anticipation with each communication;
  • staying up-to-date on property features, amenities, services and promotions;
  • providing accurate rate quotations and descriptions of property features and amenities;
  • thoughtfully suggesting properties and experiences, based on the needs and desires of the particular guest;
  • promptly and accurately confirming reservations, changes, and cancellations;
  • employing gentle sales techniques to entice guests into completing their reservations;
  • gathering, summarizing, and providing information about area amenities, including special events and local activities;
  • assisting guests with directions, amenities, services, points of interest, dining reservations, in-villa chef services, water-sports rentals, ground transportation, grocery and liquor pre-stocking, and other activities;
  • responding to and executing guest requests for special arrangements or services;
  • meticulously planning exceptional guest itineraries;
  • collaborating with other departments and external vendors as needed to deliver an exceptional guest experience;
  • earnestly listening to and artfully addressing guest feedback, concerns, and complaints should they arise;
  • maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times; and
  • performing additional responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.



The ideal candidate would have:

  • at least a high school diploma;
  • a strong knowledge of the local area and culture, with the ability to impart information about the island that would appeal to a luxury traveler;
  • impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, including professional telephone etiquette;
  • a commitment to anticipatory service;
  • an eagerness to learn and incorporate feedback;
  • a calm demeanor, even in a crisis;
  • strong problem-solving skills and an excellent attention to detail;
  • a respect for diversity and an appreciation for differences in culture, language, background, and way of life;
  • demonstrated success with service recovery;
  • some previous experience in a demanding, customer-service role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment;
  • the ability to independently prioritize and organize work assignments, work well under pressure, and deal with large volume and variety of requests, while maintaining attention to detail and exercising good judgment;
  • strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Google Apps;
  • a willingness to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays;
  • a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; and
  • the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and/or place objects weighing up to 30 pounds.



US$10.00—US$14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus statutory benefits.
