Come to keep a low profile and launch your boat from our private white sand beach, or to have easy access to Cayman’s best entertainment and adventures.

Between the main villa and a detached carriage house, this tucked away estate accommodates 16 guests in eight bedrooms. In the main home, you’ll find a king-size master suite with soaking tub and shower and queen-size guest master suite with nursery – both with ocean-view balconies.

One double suite enjoys a pool and garden view, a queen-size bedroom shares a bathroom with the Zen Garden Nursery featuring two cribs for your youngest guests, and two additional queen-size bedrooms share a bath. The detached carriage house boasts a queen-size suite and a kid’s room with two twin bunks, the perfect option for privacy.

Cayman Kai

From sunrise to sunset, there’s always something to do in Cayman Kai, a residential resort community where smiling neighbors will become your new friends.

Start your day by visiting Kaibo Beach Espresso for a cup of organic coffee and breakfast. Or, stroll or bike ride to the Rum Point Club – it takes just minutes. Stop by to enjoy the white sands and clear, shallow waters, or to explore the shoreline by wave runner, paddleboat or jet ski. When all that adventure leaves you hungry, the onsite Wreck Bar & Grill serves up lunch (and world famous Mudslides) on seaside picnic tables or will deliver dishes straight to your seaside hammock.

Although quiet and peaceful, Cayman Kai livens up in the evening – you’ll notice your neighbors making their way to spots like Kaibo Beach Bar or Kaibo Upstairs for great food and company. Every Tuesday they host a Barefoot Beach BBQ that attracts visitors and locals alike. After dinner, return to your private home and spend the evening surrounded by your loved ones.
Little ones will love exploring Starfish Point Beach. Starfish dot the tideline at this pristine spot with gentle waters.

Starfish point

This little slice of tropical paradise sits in a breathtaking location in the shallow waters near Kaibo Beach Club, where palm trees sway and rare starfish take up residence in the turtle grass. Visit with a guided tour, or take a short walk from our Rum Point/ Cayman Kai villas. Do bring your camera, but be sure not to handle the starfish, as they are delicate marine animals in their natural habitat. This is one of the most popular beaches in Grand Cayman and is a popular stop for those out on a boat trip.

Take a kayak through the glowing waters of Grand Cayman’s bio bay and experience the mango forests — a sanctuary for a variety of flora and fauna. Watching bioluminescent organisms light up the night with each stroke of your paddle is truly remarkable! Several local vendors operate eco-friendly tours for adults and children age 6 and older, starting at 7PM from Rum Point. Check dates in advance; bio bay tours run only on the darker nights of the month.
